For the provinces, we grant a “REGIONAL MASTER FRANCHISE” which means that the franchisee will have an exclusive license in the entire province where they can set up branches. appoint business affiliates and agents. Eventually, the franchisee is expected to avail of this option only on complex visa and immigration cases or if it is handling a big volume of cases that it requires assistance.

What are the basic requirements to obtain and operate an Independent Franchised Business?
- Expression of Interest (including your desired location, brief business plans and professional or business background)
- Signing of Independent Business Franchise Agreement and Payment of Franchised Fee
- Completion of the Required Training
- Registered business with the required permits, own office (about 20 sq. meters), complete communication facilities (telephone, fax and e-mail) and at least one (1) Office Assistant
What are the costs in setting up and operating a franchised business?
