Our process is simple, reliable and effective. First, a visa eligibility assessment will be undertaken for the visa type or immigration category that the client intends to apply or otherwise, determine the most suitable visa or immigration category that he/she best qualifies and has reasonable amount for success. Needless to say, getting a positive visa assessment is the first step towards a successful immigration application.
Once the most suitable visa or immigration option is determined, we shall focus in assisting the client in preparing his/her visa application paperwork, documentations and submission package in a standard which the concerned Embassy or Visa Office is expected to make their evaluation and decision on the visa application pursuant to existing immigration rules thereby, maximizing the chances for visa success.

VISA CONSULTING SERVICE & FEE PACKAGE
While we deliver valuable, professional and comprehensive visa consulting services, our fees remain affordable. The fee amount depends on the visa type, complexity of the client’s case and the scope of services to be provided. There are two (2) service package to choose from:
- FULL SERVICE PACKAGE – Includes comprehensive visa consulting services, advice and guidance in determining your visa or immigration eligibility, the appropriate documentation requirements and assist you preparing and lodging your visa application documentations and submission package with appropriate Embassy or Visa Office pursuant to existing immigration rules and Visa office guidelines. While in most cases, visa interviews are waived for our clients (except for US visa applicants), in the event that that an interview will be required, we shall assist you in preparing for a visa interview as well in arranging for the interview appointment with the concerned Embassy or Visa office.
- VISA APPLICATION REVIEW PACKAGE – We will conduct a proper review of your completed immigration forms and supporting documentations pursuant to existing immigration rules and Visa office guidelines and provide you with interview tips and guides to increase your chances for visa approval.
Our total fee is usually payable in three (3) affordable terms: First payment - On signing of Retainer Agreement; Second Payment – On completion of visa application documentations and submission package for lodging with appropriate Visa office; and Third Payment – On receipt of notice of visa approval.
